My wife and I listed our home with the Ballard Group because they stood out above the rest when we interviewed several agents in the area. Throughout the time we had our property listed we had great communication of any activity that was or was not happening. During this time we were able to work with him to do things to get an offer. We had a challenging time to get to closing and the expertise of our agent made the total difference. The Ballard Group is awesome. I would recommend them again.
